Haven to Home

Our Transitional Housing Program owns and operates a housing complex for working homeless men, and homeless women with children. Tenants receive budgeting assistance case management and assistance to secure permanent housing.

Below Market Rate Rentals

We administer the Below Market Rate (commonly known as BMR) rental program for the City of Cupertino. Low-income clients can apply for placement on the waiting list for BMR apartments in Cupertino. Priorities are given to people who work and live in Cupertino. BMR tenants must re-qualify on an annual basis. WVCS also owns and manages Vista Village, 24 units of affordable rental housing on Vista Drive.

All BMR Rental applicants MUST attend a BMR Rental Orientation in order to receive the BMR Rental application.
